LREMC has developed a Language Access Plan (LAP) that outlines the steps that have been taken by LREMC to assist LEP individuals in accessing LREMC’s services and programs. LREMC is required under Executive Order 13166, “Improving Access to Services for Persons with Limited English Proficiency (LEP)”, to provide limited English speaking individuals with additional resources. Remedies and complaint filing deadlines vary by program or incident.
